Okay So I Lied, But, This One Is Short
No short jokes, ladies, please. I am having esteem issues as it is.
I got this little questionaire over at Dani's place. I figured it was short and I am looking for something to post so I don't steal the Steph's post about HE-HE's.
Here goes.
1. The person (or persons) who passed the baton to you.
From Lawbrat via Dani
2. Total volume of music files on your computer.
I have 1.26 GB.
3. The title and artist of the last CD you bought.
Stand Up-Dave Matthews Band
4. Song playing at the moment of writing.
Honest Mistake-The Bravery
5. Five songs you have been listening to of late (or all-time favorites, or particularly personally meaningful songs)
Lately, Pure Morning-Placebo, Out Of My Hands and Dreamgirl-DMB, Honest Mistake-The Bravery, The Nurse Who Loved Me-A Perfect Circle
6. The five unfortunate victims to whom you will afflict with this musical baton.
I refuse to tag people but, if you want it its yours let me know so I can check you out(This is how Dani and Lawbrat did it too)
7. Super bonus question: Do you dance by yourself when you think no one is looking?
It is the only time I dance unless I am just having too much fun to contain myself
There you go.

A Perfect Circle is Canadian! I love their version of Imagine.
Damn, their Canadian? Well, I guess that means they fall under my boycott and must be removed from the list. I will replace that song with Cherry Pie by Underworld. :P
:P you admitted yourself you shoulda been Canadian lol
Mmmm Cherries
Hhhmmm I just googled A Perfect Circle and I could be wrong about them being Canadian.. I could be confusing them with a different band...
Yeah, I was wondering since they are made up of Maynard from TOOL(L.A. possibly) and a few from Smashing Pumpkins(Chicago positively) and a couple of others. But I wasn't going to argue the point cuz except for the few from the pumpkins the rest could very well be canadians.
And please don't let everyone know that I should have been born canadian. They might lose all respect for me. ;)
Maybe you are thinking aboot Our Lady Peace who are an awesome Canadian band.
Ah well... I was wrong. I was so sure it was them LOL
I'm not sure which band I was thinking of now...
It is P-Shag's blog that is clouding your head right now isn't it. I just can't compete with that.
Yup... took one look and have not been able to think straight since.
Larry - ever heard Finger Eleven? They have song called "One Thing" that's freakin awesome.
They're Canadian too.
And sorry, I didn't mean to disrupt to much with my Moogarita pic. I should take it down.
One thing? I freakin HATE that song. That's one of the ONLY songs they play on ALL of our radio stations. I turn it off whenever that song comes on.
geeze, I would get sick of it too. But they don't play it often here and I do love it. Crank it up rrrrreally loud when it comes on the radio.
Might have been thinking of Chalk Circle (who is Canadian), Danikabur.. which I have on my fabulously wonderful list of 80s music... *tries to be helpful*

ah the wonders of blogger... you can remove one of this fantastic duplicate postings, larry..
P-Shag: Moogarita, what is Moogarita? I love "One Thing" it is in my collection, they had a song out a few years ago and if I could remember the name I would download it too, but am too lazy to research it.
B: I would be sick of it also if I lived somewhere where you only have one station and even that one doesn't come in very well.
Kristen: That's alright I repeat my self enough, that i don't get too bothered by others doing it accidentally.
okay- i just finished filling out your little questionnaire.
not that i claim any of my answers are profound or interesting.....
Duff: I knew this one would require your attention.
1980: Yes, I love the fact that all I have to do is go to someone else's blog on a slow day and steal a quiz or item of interest.
It doesn't really mean much. Just a temporary diversion.
And what about the difference between their and they're and there, cuz I sometimes get them confused and i am completely sober.
What did you think of the new DMB, anyway?
They're over there with their dog.
:-P
Aslo - I know you're too tired to think, but maybe we can finish this at two in the morning?
I knew I shouldn't have woken up so damn early.
Digi: It is great. It is not their best album but, there are several songs on it that are definitely going to be staples for any DMB fan. I like every song, love a couple.
Callie: WOOF *panting, tongue hanging out side of mouth*
Thanks Kristin... thats not who I was thinking of. I'm sure it will come to me though.
I LOVE One Thing by Finger Eleven too! I also like their new one but haven't heard it much.
Hmm. Maybe I need to listen to Stand Up a few more times. I've played it two or three times and just couldn't get into it.
I love to dance. Even in public. I have no issues.
Especially swing dancing...
And speaking of that, I can't find a good club where we can swing dance anywhere in KC.
Swinging must have a different meaning up here in Canada.
Uhmmm . . . there's 'swinging', and then there's 'swing dancing'.
'Swinging' is what Hubby's always trying to talk me into.
'Swing dancing' is a form of country dancing.
Jess: I will make some calls.
P-Shag: No "swinging" has the same meaning.
Callie: Not quite country, more of a big band style, very uptempo, lots of horns.
dancing with myself (whoa-oh-oh-oh)
dancing with myself (whoa-oh-oh-oh)
if i had the chance i'd ask the world to dance
